Prerequisites
- Access to the Settings App
Creating a New User
- Click on the "Administration " entry in the navigation menu.
- Click on the "" entry under the "Benutzer" section.
- Click the "+ " button to create a new user.
Creating a New User
Clicking the "+ " button opens a new dialog window for creating a new user. Enter the required information and fill out the necessary fields.

Select the VPN role from the list that the user should have. | VPN-User |
After filling out the required information and clicking "Send", the user is created in the Settings App. The user can be edited subsequently in the Settings App.
User Roles
Each user is assigned a role that, together with their organizational affiliation, determines their access rights. The exact definition and delimitation of the individual user roles are represented in the following table.

VPN Roles
In addition to the user role, a VPN role is assigned to the user when creating. This role determines the user's access to specific networks and their connection options. The VPN role works together with the user role to enable comprehensive access management.
