Report Creation
Prerequisites
- Creating a Grafana Dashboard that the report will be generated based on.
- Access to the Settings App
Report Creation
- Open the Settings App.
- Click on the "Report " entry in the navigation menu.
- Click the "" button to create a new report.
Creating a New Report
Clicking the "" button opens a new dialog window for creating a report. Enter the required information and fill out the necessary fields here.

Location |
The location determines the visibility of the report. The report will be visible in the Settings and Portal Apps for your location (e.g., customer-enterprise) as well as for superordinate organizations in the hierarchy. | Heidelberg |
Output format |
The output format of the report. You have the option to choose between PDF and CSV (raw data). | |
Type |
Select the dashboard type to filter the subsequent dashboard selection. | Grafana |

Note
By default, a report is created as a daily report, i.e., the report will be generated every day at 00:00 UTC. You can change this after creating a report in Report Details.
